Position: Sales & Marketing Representatives
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam & Dodoma
Reporting to; Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities
– Active manage all sells & marketing activities
– Coordinate orders from all declares in the market
– Ensure distribution to all sells points
– Bring new customers as per the target
– Gather & report market intelligence on customers trends & competition set target
– Recruit, train, coach and nurture high perfuming team to achieve set tareget
– Be the voice of the customers in all strategic meetings
– Ensure our values are embedded in every interaction with our customers
– Manage proper adoption and use of all systems, process and technology that influences the buyers experience including website and digital presence
– O time and accurate reports submission
– Come up with ideas for improvements
– Attend to any other responsibility assigned by your leader
Key Qualifications
– Bachelor degree or Diploma in marketing , business administration and any other related fields
– At least 3 years working experience in similar fields
– Experience in sales dealing with fast-moving consumer goods
– Experience in sales and providing solution based on customers’ needs
– Ability in problems solving and negotiations
– Excellent organization skills
– Excellent communication in both English and Swahili language
– Team management
– Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance/supervision
Terms of Services
The successful candidates will be engaged on a specified period of time contract
